UACF Membership United Advocates for Children and Families (UACF) is a 501(c) 3. UACF incorporated in 1992 as a statewide family and youth lead organization, which advocates on behalf of family members and youth of California seeking services within the mental health system. We would like to extend a personal invitation to you and encourage you to become a member of our organization. Our goal is to network and strategize with a variety of organizations throughout the state of California to increase membership.
