United Advocates for Children and Families (UACF) is a 501(c) 3. UACF incorporated in 1992 as a statewide family and youth lead organization, which advocates on behalf of family members and youth of California seeking services within the mental health system.

We would like to extend a personal invitation to you and encourage you to become a member of our organization.

Our goal is to network and strategize with a variety of organizations throughout the state of California to increase membership.

Membership is “free”; the application is attached. Listed below are the benefits of becoming a member of UACF:

  • A monthly  enewsletter

  • eAlerts (noteworthy events and information)

  • eFamily News (a collection of newspaper articles statewide on mental health)

  • Website

  • Hotline

  • List of services available in your area and statewide

  • Schedule of Training Classes for parents and families

  • How to organize support groups

  • How to become a Parent Partner and who employs them

  • Opportunity to meet legislators in your district and in the State Capital

Support UACF every time you shop. Register your debit and credit cards with eScrip. Use your card at a participating merchant. A percentage of what you spend goes directly to UACF.

Funding Factory:
Send in your obsolete cell phones and used toner cartridges for recycling to the Funding Factory and a percentage goes to UACF.
