David is a parent of a 12 year-old child with Bipolar Disorder and ADD, as well as a family member of an adult and he received services as a youth. He is currently head of Mental Health America of the Central Valley and consults with local counties regarding program and policy development and consults with the State Department of Mental Health and Oversight and Accountability Commission. In addition to being the RFN Leader for Region 7, she serves on the board of Mental Health America of the Central Valley. Helen has represented children, youth and their families in Fresno County’s MHSA planning process, at the County board of Supervisors and in local school districts.
