United Advocates for Children and Families (UACF) oversees an ever-growing range of programs across California that have increased the power and participation of culturally diverse families with children who are socially, emotionally, and behaviorally challenged through advocacy, training, education, and support of family-based organizations. We encourage you to donate and get involved to help support our efforts on behalf of children with mental health challenges, and their families.
Your membership provides valuable support for UACF, enabling us to continue our work in the community, ensuring appropriate access to mental health care services and better understanding of mental illness to reduce the stigma and discrimination that many families face.
UACF offers its members a variety of engaging and informative publications, networking opportunities, events, training, and public policy education activities. UACF offers its members the following benefits:
Individuals are invited to join the cause and support UACF through direct contributions. Contact our offices today to learn more about getting involved. You can donate by credit card or bank account using a secure PayPal link.
You can support UACF every time you shop. Take just a few moments to register your debit, credit cards, department store and grocery store cards with eScrip. Every time you use a card registered with eScrip at a participating merchant, a percentage of what you spend goes right to UACF!
Community involvement is one of the best ways to make connections and foster relationships in order to positively impact other lives, as well as your own. UACF is committed to empowering the parent voice and advocating for systems change on all level, and dedicated and passionate volunteers are needed to work at the community level.
